2. Features

Our company has rich experience in the R&D and manufacturing of armoring machines. The steel tape armoring production line developed by our company is driven by separate motors including the caterpillar, taping, take-up. Siemens PLC+ touch screen is adopted as the general control and the main motor is controlled respectively by Danfoss or Siemens controller. The synchronization system is carried out by the touch screen which is installed on the piano-style master console. Each part of the main motor can be single-acting or linkage, and the production line length, meter counter and full-capacity alarm can be preset. The process parameters can be displayed and set on the touch screen, and the operation is very convenient.
