Coiling Packaging Production Line

Description

Box type free-releasing is the most advanced packaging method for data cables at present. This coiling method does not use bobbin or a winding core, and is directly wound by multiple layers of cables. After coiling, an outlet hole is formed in the coiled wire. After the coiled wire is loaded into the paper box, insert the plastic sleeve into the outlet hole, and the inner end of the cable can be released from the plastic sleeve. This coiling method does not create twists or knots.

The box type free-releasing coiling machine provided is mainly used for coiling of CAT6 and above data cables. The whole machine is controlled by microcomputer to ensure the correct position and shape. The take-up and pay-off tension is controlled by the tension arm of the accumulator, the tension is constant and synchronized with the active pay-off frame. The production line has fast production speed and high production efficiency. It is a professional packaging equipment for data cables.
