It enables one-time extrusion and continuous vulcanization for both single-core and multi-core cable insulation or sheathing.

LINT TOP silicone rubber extrusion line features precise temperature control, stable extrusion pressure, and excellent wear resistance, making it ideal for processing silicone rubber under harsh conditions involving high temperatures, high insulation requirements, and aging resistance. It is widely used in the production of new energy cables, aerospace cables, medical cables, and specialty industrial cables.

2. Equipment Features

(1).Complete Turnkey Solution: With mature technology in the R&D and manufacturing of silicone rubber extrusion lines, we can provide complete sets of equipment (optional), including internal mixers, open mixing mills, and vulcanization ovens, achieving fully automated production from mixing to extrusion molding.
(2).High-performance power system: Equipped with German SEW gearboxes for high transmission precision and strong load capacity, ensuring long-term continuous production without material jamming or wear. Servo motor drive is optional. Combined with a high-precision screw design, ensures more stable extrusion and higher product yield.
(3).Multi-Zone independent temperature control for precise vulcanization: The vulcanization oven and impact furnace automatically adjust heating and elevation according to product specifications and line speed, ensuring complete vulcanization without over- or under-vulcanization issues.
(4).Intelligent control: PLC + touch screen HMI allows real-time monitoring of key parameters such as pressure, rotation speed, and temperature. Supports storage and recall of process recipes, minimizing setup time and enhancing production consistency.
