The single twist cabling machine is suitable for the cabling of building wires, communication cables, control cables, instrumentation cables, marine cables, and small cross-section low-voltage power cables. It can also simultaneously perform filling, concentric wrapping, or drag wrapping.

The machine is composed of PLC program + control system + pneumatic control.
The cabling motion, take-up motion, and traversing motion are controlled through both mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring excellent synchronization performance in four states of starting, normal operation, slow stop, and emergency stop. This guarantees that the cabling pitch remains stable with minimal error.
