This equipment is mainly used for automatic coiling, cutting and film wrapping of 2mm-15mm wires and flat wires.

The Siemens HMI control system is directly controlled on the touch screen, making operation more convenient. The microcomputer control system can control the winding speed, winding length, warning system, speed adjustment, indicator light, emergency stop and reset functions. The microcomputer can store a variety of production parameter formulas for different winding specifications, which can be called out according to production needs. When the machine is running, the wire length, wire diameter, wire speed and other data can still be changed, avoiding the inconvenience of stopping the machine for adjustment.

Features

(1).This machine adopts servo motor rotation system to make the cable arrangement more coordinated and the cable reel more beautiful.

(2).This machine has an automatic error detection function and will issue an alarm to remind the operator when there is a problem.

(3).The system memory can store 99 kinds of different coil specifications, when you need to change the product specifications, just read the stored specification data, without adjusting the machine.

(4).It is equipped with automatic tracking and calculation of early deceleration value to ensure the smooth transition of deceleration process, and it provides four deceleration modes to choose arbitrarily.

(5).It uses PVC / PE / PP film and rolls the packaging at high speed. It uses a touch screen interface (human-machine interface) for simple and convenient operation.

(6).Cutter: The pneumatic cutter system is used. After the set length of the packaging material is rolled up, it will be automatically cut. The cutter body can be serrated or scissor-shaped (selected/changed according to the needs of different packaging materials). The blade is sharp and can cut the tape cleanly and neatly. It can cut PVC, PP, PE film and woven packaging materials.

(7).Gripper: After the package is sent to the fixed point, the belt is clamped and pulled automatically. After wrapping 1.0 circle, the clamp automatically retreats and releases the belt. No manual action is required, which is highly safe.

(8).Reserve signal output ports for spark detector, rangefinder and bump meter, which can realize linkage control.
