The automatic coiling with binding and thermal shrinking machine provided by our company can automatically complete fully-automatic integrated of wire and cable coiling, binding and shrinking packaging. This machine adopts servo motor traversing system, which ensures the automatic and high quality coil packing of the whole equipment.The equipment can coil the round wire and flat wire, and the wire and cable can automatically complete binding and shrinking film packaging .With this production line, not only can save labor cost, improve production efficiency, but also can ensure the stability of product quality.

1. Can be supplied by the pay-off or directly connected to the extruder.
2. The output is around 4 times than manual winding (200m wire as an example).
3. After coiling, it can be connected with an automatic film shrinking packaging machine.
4. If an automatic film shrinking packaging machine is used, the output is about 7 times than manual work.
5. Servo motor traversing system is used, the coil is beautiful.
6. The touch-screen man-machine interface make the operation friendly and simple.
7. The microcomputer memory can store 99 different coil specifications, when you need to change the specifications, only need to read the stored specification data, no need to enter again, can produce immediately.
8. This machine has the function of automatic error detection, it will send an alarm to remind the operator if something is wrong.
