Double-head Motorized Pay-Off

The double-head motorized pay-off provided by LINT TOP has two structural forms: single-side double-head motorized pay-off and double-side double-head motorized pay-off.
This pay-off stand is suitable for the occasions where precise control of the pay-off is required and the weight of bobbin is heavy, such as when stranding bare copper, tinned copper and other multi-strand conductors for pay-off, and it can also be used for pay-off when cabling insulated wires.
This series of pay-off is a single-reel pay-off device with constant tension and non-twisting pay-off. It can be used for single-wire pay-off, and also can be used as multi-wire pay-off which comes from multi-wire drawing machine. It can be used in conjunction with bunching machine, tinning machine, cantilevered single-twist cabling machine, double-twist cabling machine, etc. Easy to operate, the unique design can effectively save space.
2. Structural features
1) Adopting pneumatic adjustment tension control method, which can automatically track the pay-off speed and provide the constant tension required by the process.
2) Adopts electromagnetic braking method, which can effectively prevent the stopping of disordered wire during high speed pay-off.
3) The fastest pay-off speed can be up to 250m/min.
