How do Dosing Pumps Work?
Dosing pumps inject precise volumes of liquid into a flow of water, gas, or steam. They use a pump head (diaphragm, piston, or peristaltic tube) driven by a solenoid, electric motor, or stepper motor. The control system can be programmed to deliver specific volumes at precise intervals, and the flow rate can be adjusted by varying the stroke length or pump speed. Sensors and feedback mechanisms ensure accurate dosing by monitoring parameters like flow rate and pressure
