Rewinding line is used to rewind bare conductors, insulated wire, cable or sheath wire from one type/size of reel to another suitable type/size of reel. The purpose is to meet the production requirements of the next process or to meet the products required delivery length and packaging of the customer.

The cantilever type rewinding line consists of cantilever type pay-off, alignment device,tension dancer, metre counter, wire frame, cantilever type take-up and electrical control system, etc. In order to achieve online inspection of cable outer diameter and surface defects, we can also equipped online inspection instruments such as diameter gauge and spark tester according to customer’s requirements.

3) With functions of wire breakage stop, spark detection short circuit alarm, outer diameter out of tolerance alarm, reverse wire length setting, meter to stop, etc.
