2. Structural Features
(1) Gantry floor track walking type, upper casing type mechanism.
(2)The frame is made of rectangular tube welded, with “A” type structure, featuring stable structure, strong load-bearing capacity, neat and beautiful appearance.
(3) The lifting guide is a high-strength rolling guide (linear guide).
(4) The take-up gearbox adopts hardened gear box, with high transmission torque and low noise.
(5) The traversing motor adopts frequency conversion motor or servo motor, the traversing automatically tracks the pay-off speed, the line pitch and pay-off tension can be set on the operation touch screen, and the PLC programmable controller can be linked with various hosts.
