1. Introduction
Our plastic reels are made of brand new ABS engineering-plastic material with the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, good balance, light weight, easy moving, etc., which is mainly used in specifications under 1600. It can be used for various drawing, bunching, stranding, cabling, enamelling machine, extruder and other equipment, as well as for revolve and delivery.

1. Strengthen PN Reels
It is mainly used as the pay-off and take-up reel for various copper wire, alloy wire and steel sire’ s drawing, bunching and cabling procedures, it can replace some steel bobbins with its light weight, well balance, easy repairing and easy operation characteristics.
2. PN Series Reels
PN reels are widely used in the pay-off and take-up duiring bunching, extrusion, twisting, wrapping, braiding. Normally it is recycling used in the cable factory.
This series reels are assembled structure, it is injected by brand new ABS plastic material. With the characteristic of smooth surface, high intention, impacted, anti-acid, good balance(up to 6.3 grade), light weight, it is superior to the wood reel colligating the above characteristic.

3. PN Series Reels
Used for copper wires, tinned(silver)wires, alloy wires, stainless steel wires, various metal wires, as the high speed pay-off & take-up reels during wire drawing and wire bunching. This series reels are unitary structure, and it is injected by ABS, PS, NYLON and other alloy materials. With the characteristic of perfect, high intention, no kinking, durable, recycle using, our minimum size tolerance is up to 0.05mm.
