2. Structural Features

1) Gantry floor track walking type, top or bottom casing structure.
2）Welded frame with high quality steel plate, shaftless opening and closing mechanism, loading and unloading of bobbins without crane.
3)The bottom beam and column are all of folded plate structure, neat and beautiful in appearance.
4) The whole machine together with the bobbin travels on the ground track to line up the cable, which realizes the alignment of the discharge and collection of the cable, and the cable does not produce transverse bending deformation.
5) The take-up gearbox adopts a hardened gearbox with high transmission torque and low noise.
6) The line is programmable by PLC control, according to the input line diameter, to achieve automatic tracking line, synchronous operation with the host.
