Paper wrapped machine is suitable for all kinds of transformers, reactors and other similar electrical equipment winding wires and leads. The paper wrapping machine is a professional machine for the production of paper wrapped winding wire.
We offer a wide range of paper wrapping machines for the production of paper wrapped round wires, paper wrapped flat wires, paper insulated combined wires and paper insulated multi-stranded stranded wires according to customer requirements.
Our paper wrapping machines have the following features:
(1) The production line can run for long periods of time in 3 shifts (8 hours/shift) per day.
(2) The sound intensity of all parts of the line is less than 85dB.
(3) All drums in contact with the paper wrapping line are made of Teflon, which increases the service life of the drums and reduces the wear and tear of the paper wrapping line.
(4) The speed of each part of the line can be adjusted independently, or the whole line can be operated together automatically and synchronously.
(5) The line speed, wrapping pitch and wrapping speed can be changed during the production process, an stepless wrapping pitch adjustable, easy operation.
(6) The electrical part of the production line can be customized according to your requirements.
